1 Stop Maintenance is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near New York, NY
Looking for candidates with strong communication skills to service new and existing clients via telephone, email, and in person in the office.
Individual must be able to work well under pressure and in fast paced environments.
There will be a lot of contact with clients, so professionalism is a must.
Duties will include, BUT DEFINITELY NOT LIMITED TO:
- Answering phones
- Looking for new subcontractors
- Ensure that all subcontractor agreements are filled out.
- Taking orders / Entering jobs
- Following up with completed orders
- Recollection of paperwork
- Knowledge of Office suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in the Facility Maintenance Industry
- Must Be Detail Oriented
- Must Be Outgoing
- Must Have Good Communication Skills
- Working on Web based software
Must be local to work in corporate office in New York City.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
